She has extensive restaurant experience; including 2 years as Sous
Chef at Hue Restaurant in Orlando, Florida. At the time, considered by Conde Naste as one of the best
50 restaurants in the world.
She has worked in the service industry for over 23 years. She is in her 10th year in the
cruise travel and leisure industry. There
she worked for Gold Coast Cruises, Travel Services International, Airtours
Plc, and Cruises Only. She is currently Pastry Chef at the Beech
Mountain Club in North Carolina.

collection of over 290 incredible wines and 100s of good
wines make him sort of a wine connoisseur in training!
He has worked in the service industry for over 25 years.
From his days at the Seville Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida
and the Biscayne Marriott in Miami, Florida to Restaurant Ownership in
North Carolina, he has served thousands of happy customers.
He also spent 15 years in the
travel and leisure industry. There he
worked for Gold Coast Cruises, Travel Services International, Airtours
Plc, Cruises Only and NLG. He is currently seen in
Beech Mountain, North Carolina.
